Patch.12858105:R12.AP.B after effects

Hi,

I applied the subject patch on TEST instance & found that issue of incomplete accounting entries of invoice is rectified. The same action plan is moved to PROD. Here, the issue is not rectified, further the notification of Purchase Requisition is not allowing to open document & not showing other important info. Please advice.
