R12 Upgrade driver - EGOEXTUPG.sql running for 3 hours

Experts,

On our R12 upgrade driver patch script EGOEXTUPG.sql is running for more than 3 hours. We have below version of the SQL, would like to know if there is a any fix available on this ?

[oracle@pdrqatr12al1 ~]$ adident Header /d01/oracle/R12QAT/apps/apps_st/appl/ego/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/EGOEXTUPG.sql

Attached is the AWR report during the run of this SQL and below SQL ID's are the top time consumers.
