How to define BNE_QUERY definitios in Desktop Integrator?

Hi

I have requirement to put Dynamic LOV in content Parameter. In Parameter defintion , for validation  want to include BNE_QUERY . How to define or create BNE_QUERY objects in Desktop Integrator
