Node Eviction causing restart to the node

I see the below message in the cssd and I have 2 nodes ,some times node1 evicted and some times node2 evicted every week almost or more and the below message 

in the cssd logs :


[cssd(180546)]CRS-1612:node db2 (0) at 50% heartbeat fatal, eviction in 0.000 seconds 


Can any one tell me what is that problem and what is the suggested solution?
