Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Penalty calculation without creating a quote?

In the context of ACR 500 we would like to would like to calculate penalties in the Promotion upgrade/downgrade process without creating a quote.

Background: the functionality is used in an online portal and the time required for this “small step” is critical.
