Patch prerequisites

Hi, I am applying the 11.5.10.2 extended support patches. I want to apply a patch, because the product is shared, but some of the prerequisite patches are for products that are not installed, can I just skip those pre-requisites?

For example, patch 6975727 is for INV, so I want that patch. the prereqs are 11i.FND.H (good, I already have that) and 11i.SCM.PF.J. I do not have Supply Chain management intalled, so for this patch I have to install it, then patch it up tp PF.J. Clearly I don't want to do that. Can I apply this patch without all its prereqs?
