11.5.10.2 Patch 3036401 - Mini-Pack 11i.HZ.L fails to relink /.../8.0.6/lib/librw60.so: undefined r

when we trying to install the 3036401 - Mini-Pack 11i.HZ.L , we getting below error.

Swapping bintmp and binstage.
Stage preparation complete.

adrelink is exiting with status 1
