BEA-040507:The JMS SAF forwarder failed to connect to the remote destination

 I am getting the following error when i try to connect WLS 9.2 MP3 with WLS 10.3.1(cluster) distributed queue using SAF agent. I have two manage servers configured on WLS 10.3.1 . SAF agent is configured at 9.2 MP3.
