IRC: 2 Job Postings to a vacancy

Hi,

during our iRec implementation we are struggling with job posting, where we wanna have based on Business Group, a different content in our posting when internal is in place, which differs from the contact when external becomes actual

So during the internal publishing period a template with internal content about the job

and during the external publishing period a template with external content about the job

 

Reason is that the content is different regarding a vacancy for internal employees.

 

Do we have some workarounds, where its possible to add 2 templates to vacancies
