Difference between Outstanding Amounts

Hello

We are on 11.5.10.2. When we run Report in AP - 'Invoice Register' for only one supplier without any other parameter or date we get different remaining amount than what we get from 'Accounts Payable Trial Balance' for same supplier.

Please suggest what is the reason behind this difference.
