UK PAY: Real Time Information - RTI - new balance "Direct Payments"

The RTI whitepaper indicates that a new Balance titled "Direct Payments" will be delivered by the RTI patch, however this does not appear to be correct.

Request confirmation that this balance is not intended to be delivered by RTI patch
