Campaign not firing automation

Hi all,

We have launched a fairly basic workflow campaign with a dynamic inclusion list that is keyed off of a lead campaign id.  The list shows the correct amount of users in it, but the campaign does not get fired.  The workflow is simple, run a program that has an email to a case study, wait a day (for testing), run a program that emails an offer for a white paper, wait a day and then run a program for a free trial offer.

Via the tutorial, it all seems fine and all programs and campaign is launched, but still not events are being fired.  Any ideas as to what may be happening?  Any additional details needed?  The list predated the campaign start date, but I assume that should not matter.  Any help would be great.

Howdy, Stranger!
