13.3.1.2 error on deploying rpas on fusion client

Hi All,I deployed rpas fusion on RPAS 13.3.1.2  weblogic 10.3.5.
The deploy seems to work fine, but in server stack trace i got this exception:

java.lang.Exception: oracle.mds.core.MetadataNotFoundException: MDS-00013: no metadata found for metadata object "/META-INF/adf-config.xml"

[....]

Caused By: oracle.mds.core.MetadataNotFoundException: MDS-00013: no metadata found for metadata object "/META-INF/adf-config.xml"

[....]

more than this trying to access to the domain, i got only the login page , user is not validated (SSO off) , and rpas.log file do not write anything.

Any Idea?
please let me know
