Report Writing Window Idle Timeout Shorter than Main Window Timeout?

We have noticed that the timeout value for the report writing function is much shorter than the regular company-specified timeout. Our company timeout value is 90 minutes. Often I will find my report writing window timed out even though my regular admin window is not timed out. Has anyone else experienced this? For us it started in R20.
