steps to setup phiysical standby and switch over

Hi all:

My customer restored a 10.2.0.5 database from full backup to new linux server.  They want to setup physical standby DB.   Would you suggest the steps and reference document.  They also want to switchover standby to primary.  Please suggest good note to follow.
