Does anyone have an idea of how we can use an "accumulator" in Oracle to capture employee / employer medical costs on a monthly basis in 2013 that can be used at the end of the year to feed the element that will put this aggregate cost on employees' W-2's?  We're doing this as a manual process this year but would like to get this captured automatically in Oracle for next year.  Thanks.
