12.1.3 Upgrade patch : 12.1.3 : Invalid GL_RESTORE_JOURNALS_PKG after upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.

We have upgraded the system from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3. Following are the invalid objects i am unable to compile
