Dashboard Prompt In Report

How do you embed a dashboard prompt into a report?

I have many checkbox fields we want to use to filter the report (contains any of the boxes checked).  I know how to do this in a basic list, but how do we do this through a report?  Only thing I could think of remotely close is a dashboard prompt.  Now that I've created the prompt, I need to know how to embed it in the report.  Thoughts?  Suggestions on a new approach?  Thank you!
