switch campaigns
Hi,I am having some issues with the switch to node in a workflow.
I have attached a screenshot of my workflow. I am receiving my TEST Welcome email (1st WF) but am not receiving the next email thats in the 2nd WF.
I understand that a contact can't be in 2 WFs at the same time, which is why I thought using the switch to node from 1 WF to the 2nd would have worked.
I have also set the campaign priority values, so that the 1st WF has a higher value than the 2nd WF.
any thoughts?
