Oracle Projects Software Readme for R12.PJ_PF.B.DELTA.5 [ID 1470018.1] patch  mentioned to appply below listed patches as part of prereq . customer is on 12.1.3 release and patches listed are for point release 12.1.1. Need your advice on pre-req patches if applicable for 12.1.3 release
List of pre-req patch:

•Patch 9928384:R12.ZX.B - Unable to credit the tax when the invoice is having unapplied regular credit memo
•Patch 12668756:R12.AR.B - API for getting transaction level balance and line level balance
•Patch 12575584:R12.JL.B - CREATE_SINGLE_INVOICE API is generating duplicate invoice for same invoice
•Patch 12958998:R12.AR.B - Consolidate patch including cross product dependent patches
