Database service down is shown from 10g Grid Control, but no errors was triggered on both RAC alert

Dear Experts,

I found below alerts from 10g OEM, however, there is no any errors found from both RAC nodes alert logs. Can anyone suggest why such situation is encountered? Thanks.
