SAF configuration from UIM to OSM is not working in cluster environment.

 Users may get the following errors when they try to connect the WLS 9.2 MP3(UIM) to WLS 10.3.1 (OSM)  Cluster distributed queue using SAF. To avoid the following errors, you need to upgrade your WLS server to 10.3.3 and  apply the WebLogic patch - 11742199 (patch link) on it.
