Patch 7530017: Error while applying patch 7530017

Hi Team,

When attempting to apply patch 7530017 , following error occurs.

AutoPatch error:
Unable to save Patch History information to Database

Then according to note [ID 468940.1], i need to run the  Update current view snapshot, and i hit this error(also see attached adadmin.1025.log for full log):
