Patch 14740001 : R12 : .PAY : HRGLOBAL driver fails on payustpchqrgp.ldt with ORA-1422

Hi there

We have applied HRMS RUP5 (Patch #13418800) and the End-of-Year Patch #14740001:R12.PAY.B
("US & CANADA END OF YEAR 2012 STATUTORY UPDATE I FOR R12.1")

However when we run the HRGLOBAL.drv driver (version 120.156.12010000.109) to complete this
exercise it is failing on worker task 'payustpchqrgp.ldt' with :

    Error loading seed data for PAY_REPORT_GROUPS:  RG_SHORT_NAME = THIRD_PARTY_CHEQUE,  
    ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Please tell me what I need to do to make the HRGLOBAL run succeed
