Late Charge error:A billing date is required for event-based billing:;

Hi All

Please assist Iam running late charge and the concurent program complete successfuly but when I check my batch maintanace I get this error: A billing date is required for event-based billing:;

I have checked the payment terms and the profile class on the system setting and it looks correct; I ran the same program in Development instance it worked fine but in Production it is not working.
