Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC)

Asset Categories have been set but cannot select at Asset Number form.

Hi All,

My customer has been using EAM for a while. Then a new organization has been set. And I already did setup for EAM.

And I test on the transaction. Everything is working fine except the asset category.

I created a new asset number but after I selected the asset category (existing categories that were set since using the old organization)

but I got this error "You have entered an invalid category." I have checked on Category Set and the asset categories have been set.

The Controlled At is set as "Master Level". Do I need to create a new category sets and set the Controlled At as "Org Level"?
