Appraisals of workers missing when Supervisor was terminated

In 12.0.6, when a Supervisor is terminated and employees are moved to the new Supervisor, we would update the Assignment to the new Supervisor and then re-publish the plan to pick up new starters, terminations and changes in the supervisor hierarchy. The appraisals would be moved automatically to the new Supervisor. 

 

In 12.1.3, the supervisor was terminated last month and now the employees have disappeared from the plan, I updated their assignments, re-published the plan with the option to re-evaluate the plan population and I cannot see them under the new Supervisor.

I checked in the 'Monitor Plan' page, and the employees have not been transferred from the plan.
