PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs

Hi

I am in a new role where we are using R12 and the process PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs seems now to only be able to run for all projects or a single project - I am fairly certain that in R11 there used to be a similar process for a range of projects - can anyone tell me if this was removed for R12?

I noticed that the "From project" and "To project" paramaters for the process are hidden so I made them visible and ran the process for a range however the paramaters are being ignored and the process completed for all projects.  Does anyone know if these paramaters are not defunct?  Or if we are missing another step?
