Siebel Marketing - The WSD component

WSD information
The WSD can be started with the tomcat-ctl.sh script. 
This works with the root user on the box.  One issues has been detected:

1. When the WSD daemon is running and you try to stop it, it does not stop cleanly. 
When the command is issued ./tomcat-ctl.sh  stop  it leaves some JDK processes running. 
There appears to be some issue regarding the WSD daemon in this regard and a bug will be raised for this.
