Patch 10327622:R12.AP.B failed to complete successfullly as compilation of APXINWKB failed

Hi,
Patch 10327622 failed to complete successfullly as compilation of APXINWKB failed.  I tried to manually compile afterwards using
frmcmp_batch.sh module=$APPL_TOP/au/12.0.0/forms/US/APXINWK.fmb userid=APPS/password output_file=$APPL_TOP/ap/12.0.0/forms/US/APXINWKB.fmb module_type=form

This fails with FRM-18108: Failed to load the following objects.
I will upload the full output from running frmcmp_batch.sh
