Error when R12.1 CPU1 pre- requisite patch as per document document ID 1448102.1

hi,
I am appliying the R12.1 CPU1 pre- requisite patch, i used merged the following three pre requisite patches .
these three are the pre-requisite of CPU1, is it necessary to apply them?
1. Merge 3 pre requisite patches 9179588, 9477107, 7461070 before applying CPU1 patch 7303029

Statement used is admrgpch -s /home/appltest/preinstall_patches/CPU1_R12.1/pre_reqPatch -d
/home/appltest/preinstall_patches/CPU1_R12.1/pre_reqPatch/merge -admode


4) Please describe the issue, including steps to reproduce:
