download location for PS3 software

Hi,I need to install PS3 version of WC/UCM, 11.1.1.4 to test the upgrade.  This should also include a location for WebLogic 10.3.5
Oracle recommends using edelivery but in both edelivery and otn,  the only versions I can find there are the latest 2 versions, PS4 and PS5.
