Cannot view Payment Process Request (Data Collector) Test

I am new to the communities, so hopefully it is acceptable to post issues. I opened an SR but it did suggest using this forum as well. 
We can run the test Payment Process Request (Data Collector) and it completes normally but we cannot view or download the report. The page eventually times out and throws an error message. We can run the same test in our QA instance without issue. 

Any ideas on why this may be happening?
