I have upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1 to R12.1.3 and have applied the clone patches.  Now I am attempting to execute the post-patch steps.

perl $AD_TOP/bin/admkappsutil.pl
. ./<RDBMS ORACLE_HOME>/<CONTEXT_NAME>.env
Copy or FTP the appsutil.zip file to the <RDBMS ORACLE_HOME>.
