accesibility mode on the user profile

Hi everyone.
Can anyone tell me the purpose of the Accessibility Mode button on the user profile?  The only thing I have found so far was in relation to overriding the InteractivityLevel setting in the jas.ini and affects access to the go-to-end button.  Does it do anything else?  And what are the impacts of the InteractivityLevel setting?  I'm not a CNC and have not been able to find anything so far.
