R12 iReceivables-External User can not access Customer Access under iReceivables Account Management
We have upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 and in this process our iReceivables External access. Customers who have iReceivables Account Manager responsibility and attempt to click on function "Customer Access". Get the following error message:
"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator."
This process was working correctly in 11i, so we are trying to find out why this is taking place and how to troubleshoot this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
