Records rejected in PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL, but the transaction_rejection_code is not populate

Hi All,

I am seeing a very strange issue. During the Transaction Import process few of the records are rejected. I am able to see the rejected records in PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL table.

The transaction_status_code is 'R'. However the transaction_rejection_code has no value populated. it is NULL.

I am clueless on why the transaction_rejection_code is NULL for the rejected records. Let me know if any of you have faced similar scenarios.
