Is Total Recall (FBA) supported in Reporting Database being where data is being replicated by Golden

We are currently developing a POC where we would like to offload audit and event notification from an OLTP environment to a reporting environment.   We were looking at Golden Gate to replicate the data to the reporting environment - and would like to utilize Total Recall (FBA) in the reporting environment to capture Historical Changes for Audit purposes  / Event Notification (where we generate XML that is sent to IBM MQ using dbms_rulesmgr & Advanced Queues when certian data change events happen).   Does Oracle support this type of configuration ?   Is there any issue on how Golden Gate replicates the data that would
