Oracle Projects costing or Grants

Hi,

I would like to know a basic idea about Grants Functionality.

What are the factors that decide whether Oracle Grants or Oracle Projects costing is suitable for a customer.

When I try to implement Grants in Grants Implementation options, it gives a message that if grants is enabled, certain project accounting fuenctionalities would be renduced.

So If Grants is implemented for an OU, cant I used project accounting full fledged.

Can someone throw more light on this please.
