R12.1.3 9239090 upgrade driver invitem.odf run for 3+ hrs

Experts,

We are applying the 9239090 12.1.3 upgrade driver and invitem.odf run for 3hrs 40mins of the total run time of 8.5 hours. We are looking at options to reduce any time line on the 9239090 driver run.

invitem.odf looks to be creating/modifying large indexes on the below under lying inventory tables.

MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B   - 12million
MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_TL  - 36million

Can we run this odf manually before 12.1.3 upgrade driver 9239090 is run ? That way we would do it in parallel to the Teckstack updates to save time and there would be less changes during the uprade driver run.
