One invoice AP for two legal entities

Hi ,
Consider this case :

in AP, we receive one invoice for $1000.
This invoice concern 2 departments belonging to two different legal entities.
Department 1 for $400. Legal entity LE1.
Department for $600. Legal entityt LE2.

How to enter the envoice one time ?
