How I can associate the purchase request to released plan order?

MRP and Procrument,
How I can associate the purchase request to released plan order? In other words, by which feild of which table I can search for the plan order which generated the purchase request in planning workbench?

I want to write a SQL words to search for the plan order by purchase request id or other id.
