Product Sub-Component Selection

Dear Order Mgmt Experts,

I would like to turn to you with the requirement we have. The Customer would like to apply within the eConfigurator the logic where you have various discounts (which are implemented as sub-components of the main product) available only for certain set of users restricted by their responsibility. Basically you can imagine it like a matrix where you have list of discounts from one side and list of responsibilities from the other. Then the proper mapping should provide you with the way to allow/restrict the discount product sub-component selection as per the matrix.

Could you please advise if and how we can achieve this requirement?
