database Hang problem

Hi,

Customer deploy new applications with 4  database server for several months .[ OS is linux 5, and  db is Oracle database standard version 10.2.0.1 ]

This month 3 of the 4 db server run to hang ,can not logon db with sqlplus or client program.  The instance works well after the server reboot.

They sent the alert log and AWR report . It's weard that no log or trace file generated in the alert and trc file at the hang moment.

There's some error message for bug of 10.2.0.1,but maybe  not the cause for hang problem.

please give some advice .
