Date Control showing in CHS for ENU application

Hi,

Customer has multi-lingual application ENU and CHS.

WHen the following steps are followed:
1 Login to Application in ENU environment
2 Click the 9:00 AM in Calendar of the Home page.
3 Navigate to 'eCalendar Detail View' view
4 The Date Control in the before of button 'Go' is display in CHS Language.

Customer says the are facing the issue with vanilla srf too.
Is there any particular place where this setting has to be changed?

I was not able to replicate the issue in house.

Kindly advise.
