Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Changing the hour rate for a resource assigned to a routing

Hi,
In BOM 11i, when a ressource is assigned to a routing, one cannot change its hour rate (on the ressource card). why ?
