Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. API for inserting SO_CR_NUMBER in pa_budget_versions

Hi,

For few of the projects, SO_CR_NUMBER (attribute1) is null in pa_budget_versions table.

I want to know, is there is any API that would help me insert values of attribute1, raw cost and burdened cost into pa_budget_versions table.
