Distribution Center filed values is not populating correctly into Distribution Center (shadow) field

We are populating the default value of DC into Distribution Center (Shadow) which was set up at the Company Field Set up while creating a new record.

When a DC value is updated, We are populating the Distribution Center(Shadow) field with the Workflow. Name of the Workflow is "Populate Distribution Center shadow".

The workflow didn't work earlier also.

Can any please help on this.
