How to receive notifications on both E-biz home page & on mail?

Hi,

In E-biz Home Page-> preference-> Notifications-> E-mail Style, I have changed default value "Disabled" to "HTML Mail with Attachments".
After setting this value I am not able to receive notifications on E-biz home page, now I am receiving notifications only on mail.
So how to receive notifications on both E-biz home page & on mail?
