INV Move Orders between Organizations (IO)

Hello,
I need the functionality of Move Orders to use between 2 different Inventory Organizations. I know it is not possible but I would like to konw if there is any workaround.

The standard solution of EBS is to use OM but OM is out of scope in my project and also the cliend didn't buy the licences.
